How do I clean my Porte + Hall mat?
Most of our mats can be easily cleaned by shaking out debris, vacuuming without a beater bar, or rinsing with a garden hose and mild soap. Always allow your mat to air dry completely.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee may apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your mats safe for all floor types?
Our mats are designed with high-quality backings suitable for most flooring. However, we always recommend checking with your flooring manufacturer for specific compatibility with rubber or synthetic backings.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
